PRISMA+ is committed to promoting the education and career of students and researchers at all stages of their academic career. It provides students and doctoral candidates with an excellent training environment. Not to mention the opportunities arising from strong international networks and collaborations of the PRISMA+ scientific members.
One of the PRISMA+ important strategic aims is to achieve equality between male and female scientists at the institutional and research level. The set up of the Irène Joliot-Curie Program aims to support women in all phases of their scientific carriers both at the cluster and in their broader research work.
In order to attract highly talented researchers, PRISMA+ actively promotes dual-career opportunities for postdocs in the cluster’s groups by a special fund for dual-career measures.
The guest program allows for the support of international researchers visiting the cluster and aims to foster the scientific exchange with international collaborators.
Within the PRISMA+ research fund, the cluster supports conferences and workshops that are relevant to the research goals of the cluster as well as innovative projects that sharpen the cluster’s research program.
